摘要
智慧排水是当前智慧城市框架下城市排水管理的重要研究方向。本文从城市排水全流程监管着手,以排水基础设施为主线,串联排水管理业务,建立城市排水综合信息库,基于GIS可视化技术,融合物联网、移动互联网等技术,搭建集C/S、B/S、M/S应用为一体的综合性平台,实现数字建档、智能互联、综合应用的“智慧排水”。通过一个数据中心,一张图,一套软件平台智慧排水平台建设,常州市武进区排水管理已经由静态被动式向实时在线主动式管理转变,建立线上线下一体化、全流程实时主动监控的“智慧排水”应用模式。
Smart drainage is an important research field in urban drainage management.Focusing on the drainage infrastructures and supervisions of whole processes of urban drainage management,this paper establishes a comprehensive urban drainage facility database and proposes an integrated system aimed at urban drainage digital archiving,intelligent interconnection,and comprehensive applications,based on the technologies of GIS visualization technology,Internet of Things and Mobile Internet application.The successful application of the management system in Wujin has helped establish a smart drainage application mode by monitoring the whole drainage management process online,real-time and actively.
