摘要
在污水处理提质增效背景下针对排水管网因缺乏统一数据采集标准造成的数字化程度低、数据质量不高等问题,阐述了排水管网数据采集标准的制定原则、分类及标准化处理过程,从5个方面介绍了排水管网数据质量的控制指标和内容,并基于淮安项目进行了探索和应用。表明本数据采集标准比各类标准数据字段总和减少20%;数据可快速对接ArcGIS、InfoAsset、ICM等软件用以展示及分析。使用此标准后,数据采集工作量提高约79%,但数据处理的工作效率提升25%。在质控方面,通过前后两次质量检查,数据质量得到一定改善。
Under the background of improving quality and efficiency of sewage treatment,low digitization and low quality have long been considered as the core issues of data collections in drainage network in the absence of unified standards.By analyzing the principle,classification and standardization of data collection standards in drainage pipe network,five control indexes of the data quality in the drainage network are proposed and applied in huaian project.It is found that the field number of the data standard is 20%less than the sum of other standards.More importantly,the data standard can be used to display and analysis with ArcGIS,InfoAsset and ICM efficiently.The efficiency of the data processing is increased by 25%,although the workload of data collection approximately is increased by 79%by using the standard.In the two quality control inspections,the data quality has been improved efficiently.
