淮南市职业教育发展的成就、问题与对策

Achievements,problems and Countermeasures of Vocational Education Development in Huainan

近年来,淮南市职业教育初步实现了规模化管理、特色化发展、内涵式发展和顶格化发展,为淮南市经济社会转型升级发展提供了重要的人才支撑。但也存在着体制管理不顺、校企合作不强、师资队伍不强、教育衔接不畅、办学水平不高等问题。通过调研与分析,围绕职业教育建设发展、人才引进、政策保障情况;最大化实现职教集团的功效,推进“产教融合、校企合作”;建立合作机制,促进中、高职教育有效衔接等方面提出相关建议。

In recent years,Huainan has preliminarily realized the scaled management,characteristic development,connotative development and concentrated and full-out development,providing important talent support for the economic and social transformation and upgrading development of Huainan.However,there are also some problems,such as the poor system management,week school-enterprise cooperation,unstable teaching staff,poor educational cohesion and low educational level.Through investigation and analysis,focusing on the construction and development of vocational education,talent introduction and policy security,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are puts forward from the aspects of maximizing the effectiveness of the vocational education group,promoting“industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation”,establish a cooperation mechanism,and promoting the effective connection between secondary and higher vocational education.
