In the age of 5G network,we should give full play to the guiding function of short video UGC content platform in the work at grass-roots level,and use the free short video platform with no threshold to guide correct values.This paper analyzes the existing problems,expounds the significance,and puts forward the advantages of the application of UGC platform in epidemic prevention and control work at grass-roots level.It is conducive to building grass-roots image and promoting social positive energy.
