融合工艺设计意图的工艺数据多层次结构化表征方法 被引量:1

摘要 随着以CAD/CAM为代表的先进制造技术的广泛应用,工艺数据量不断增加,为有效复用数控加工工艺数据中不同粒度的工艺设计意图,提出一种融合工艺设计意图的工艺数据多层次结构化表征方法。通过刀位线段投影方法揭示三维CAD模型与CAM模型之间的关联关系。在此基础上以多层次结构化数控工艺模型为引导,分析工艺过程中内嵌的不同粒度的工艺设计意图,实现工艺数据的多层次结构化表征。以三轴数控铣削加工零件为研究对象,开发了一个基于CATIA的原型系统,验证了所提方法的有效性。 As the advanced manufacturing technologies represented by CAD/CAM has been widely applied in industries,the generated process data has been increasing exponentially.To realize the effective reuse of multi-granularity process design intent in Numerical Control(NC)machining process data,a Multi-level structured representation of process data based on process design intent was proposed.Through the method of projecting tool line segment,the correlation between 3D Computer Aided Design(CAD)model and Computer Aided Manufacturing(CAM)model was revealed.The multi-level structured NC process model was used as a guide to analyzing the multi-granularity process design intent embedded in the process.The multi-level structured representation of process data was realized.By taking the three-axis NC milling parts as the research objects,a prototype system based on CATIA was developed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
