摘要
针对产品需求具有周期循环波动特征的库存路径与定价问题,通过分析产品需求波峰期供货商定价与车辆租赁成本、产品需求三者间的相互影响和制约关系,建立了产品需求波峰期各时段供货商的需求定价函数,依此构建了考虑车辆租赁的混合整数非线性规划模型,设计了改进的粒子群算法,并进行了实例数值分析验证。研究表明,优化车辆租赁的库存路径与定价问题能够有效提高供货商利润,在不减少产品需求量和供货商配送量的前提下显著降低零售商的库存水平,供货商最佳的自有车辆数量应为在产品需求波谷期所需要的配送车辆数量。
Aiming at the Inventory Routing and Pricing Problem(IRPP)under periodic and cyclic fluctuation of demand,the demand pricing function of suppliers was developed in each period of peak demand by analyzing the interaction and constraints among supplier pricing,vehicle rental cost and product demand.An IRPP mixed integer nonlinear programming model considering vehicle leasing was constructed,and an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was designed.A numerical example was given to verify the effectiveness of the method.The research results indicated that the optimization of IRPP could effectively improve the profit of the supplier.It could also significantly reduce the inventory level of retailers without reducing the demand of products and the delivery volume of the supplier.In addition,the number of distribution vehicles required during the trough period of product demand was the best vehicle ownership for the supplier.
