沿海港口锚地利用率存在的问题及对策研究

锚地是港口的重要配套性基础设施之一,提升锚地水域的利用率对于推动港口快速发展具有重要意义.本文基于锚地船舶占用锚泊水域计算公式,并结合自身工作经验及锚地的通航环境、船舶的操纵特性等分析了目前沿海锚地利用率存在的问题,针对发现的问题,从科学管理锚地、合理规划锚地、提高操纵水平等方面提出了提升锚地利用率的建议与对策,在保证船舶航行安全的情况下尽可能提升锚地的利用率.

Anchorage is one of the important supporting infrastructure of the port.Improving the utilization rate of the anchorage water area is of great significance to promote the rapid development of the port.Based on the calculation formula of anchorage ships occupying the anchorage water area,combined with its own work experience,the navigation environment of the anchorage,and the maneuvering characteristics of ships,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the utilization of coastal anchorages.In view of the problems found,the anchorage is managed scientifically and the anchorage is planned rationally.Improving the level of maneuverability,etc.,put forward suggestions and countermeasures to increase the utilization rate of anchorages,so as to increase the utilization rate of anchorages as much as possible while ensuring the safety of ship navigation.
