摘要
苏州轨道交通现有3个站务委外项目部,管辖共计一千余名委外站务员。随着站务委外项目部及委外站务员数量的增多,站务委外项目部需实施专业化、精细化和规范化管理。分析了实施站务委外项目的意义。分析了苏州轨道交通站务委外项目管理中存在的问题。介绍了苏州轨道交通站务委外项目标准化项目部建设工作的总体规划和建设实践,并针对建设实践中存在的问题提出了整改建议和改进方向。
Suzhou rail transit has 3 station personnel outsourcing project departments,managing over 1000 outsourcing station crew.With the increase of station personnel outsourcing project departments and outsourcing station crew,professional,specific,and regulated management must be implemented for the project departments.The point of carrying out station outsourcing project is analyzed.Problems existing in Suzhou rail transit station personnel outsourcing project management are analyzed.The master planning and construction practice of Suzhou rail transit station personnel outsourcing project department standardization are introduced,and rectification suggestions and improvement directions are proposed targeting problems existing in construction practice.
