The type and principle of the proximity switch used by the end brushes of Suzhou rail transit metro train washing machine are introduced.The electromagnetic interference sources affecting switch normal operation are analyzed.Measures to suppress the electromagnetic interference of the proximity switch are proposed:adding an intermediate relay to the control loop of the proximity switch,and adding an isolation transformer and a mains filter to the control circuits of the electrical cabinet.
