基于数字模型补偿技术的火电厂智能盘煤系统研究

摘要 煤场盘点是火力发电厂燃料管理的重要环节,须解决其智能化、智慧化程度低以及在三维可视化应用与算法研究方面存在技术难题等问题。详细介绍智能盘煤系统的硬件构成,阐述其数据处理方法、煤堆边界处理及体积计算、图形渲染等功能性应用,指出智能盘煤系统能快速进行全煤场数据采集并形成较为精准的煤堆三维图以直观显示煤堆体积,再通过对堆密度进行维护进而完成盘点工作。火电厂智能盘煤系统采用特定的算法及数字模型补偿技术,综合运用工业互联网技术对前端设备进行远程自动化控制,通过智能盘煤系统算法模型分析处理后得出的盘点数据较为简单、数据冗余量小、储存效率高、易于更新,可实现煤场无人盘点、实时、高效、精准。火电厂智能盘煤系统不仅能够真实地反馈不同料堆的边界、位置和形态,还可为配煤掺烧提供完整的煤种数据,尤其可为斗轮机无人值守系统提供完整的煤场料堆三维模型及坐标数据。 Coal yard inventory is an important part of fuel management in thermal power plants.It has to solve the problems of low intelligence,low intelligence degree and technical problems in 3 D visualization application and algorithm research.This paper introduced the hardware structure of intelligent coal inventory system,demonstrated its functional applications such as data processing method,coal pile boundary processing and volume calculating,graphics rendering.It was pointed out that the intelligent coal inventory system could quickly do the data collection of the whole coal yard and then form an accurate coal pile 3 D map,which could make the coal pile volume demonstrated,then,the inventory work could be done through bulk density maintenance.The coal power plant intelligent coal inventory system uses specific algorithm and model of digital compensation technology,the industry internet technology was used comprehensively to do the remote automatic control,the inventory data obtained through intelligent coal inventory system algorithm model is simple,it has small data redundancy,high storage efficiency and it can be easy updated.It can realize unmanned inventory,real-time,high efficiency and accuracy.Intelligent coal inventory system in thermal power plant can not only truly feedback the boundary,position and shape of different material piles,it can also provide coal type data for coal blending combustion.It can especially provide a complete three-dimensional model and coordinate number of coal yard pile for bucket wheel machine unattended system.
