制定电力行标《煤中全水分测定自动仪器法》的试验研究

摘要 针对煤中全水分测定的自动仪器法制定技术标准方法并予以规范,对于煤炭生产使用相关方、仪器制造商及发电企业均具有重大意义。电力行标DL/T 2029—2019《煤中全水分测定自动仪器法》以国内测定煤中全水分的自动仪器为标准化对象,结合大量试验研究并参照国内外标准方法而制定。介绍了自动仪器法的测定原理和全自动仪器法、半自动仪器法、全自动热重仪器法等3个方法的主要内容,全面论述自动仪器法的适应性及其试验条件如试样粒度、取样量、干燥温度、气氛、质量恒定要求等,并阐述了热态称量的浮力效应校正和方法的准确度等关键技术内容。DL/T 2029—2019的试验原理、试验条件和结果计算与现行国家标准GB/T 211—2017《煤中全水分测定方法》方法B(一步法)具有相同或相似性;通过国内几十个不同种类、不同产地煤样的试验,方法的精密度和正确度与GB/T 211—2017方法B1具有统计学一致性。根据GB/T 18510《煤炭和焦炭可替代方法确认准则》,DL/T 2029—2019是GB/T 211—2017方法B1的可替代方法,其测定结果可与之等同使用,具有提高工作效率、减少或消除人为误差的特点。 Regarding to the“automatic instrument method for the determination of total moisture in coal”,the technical standard method was formulated and regulated,it is of great significance to relevant parties of coal production and use,instrument manufacturers and power generation enterprises.Taking the domestic automatic instruments for the determination of total moisture in coal as the standardization object,combining with large amount of experimental research,referencing standard methods at home and abroad,the China electric power industry standard DL/T 2029—2019“Determination of total moisture in coal by automatic instrument method”was formulated.The standard introduced the measurement principle of the automatic instrumental method and the main contents of the three methods of automatic instrument,semi-automatic instrument and full automatic thermogravimetric analysis instrument.This standard comprehensively discussed the adaptability of the automatic instrument method and its test conditions such as sample particle size,sample amount,drying temperature,atmosphere,constant mass requirements and so on,the buoyancy effect correction of thermogravimetric analysis and the accuracy of the method were also demonstrated.The test principles,test conditions and result calculations of DL/T 2029—2019 are the same or similar to national standard GB/T 211—2017“Determination of total moisture in coal”Method B(one-step method).Through the tests of dozens of different types of coal samples from different origins in China,the precision and accuracy of the method are statistically consistent with GB/T 211—2017 Method B1.According to GB/T 18510“Guidelines for the validation of alternative methods of analysis for coal and coke”,DL/T 2029—2019 is an alternative method for GB/T 211—2017 Method B1,and its measurement results can be used equivalently to improve work efficiency and reduce or eliminate human errors.
