摘要
目的:探讨煤矿工人工作要求对其不安全行为的影响,并研究情绪衰竭和行事风格在不安全行为产生过程中发挥的作用。方法:在对煤矿企业进行调研走访,了解生产一线实际情况的基础上,结合已有成熟量表,编制了煤矿企业井下作业不安全行为问卷,收集了294名一线煤矿工人的数据。结果:(1)煤矿工人工作要求对其不安全行为的产生有显著正向影响;(2)情绪衰竭在工作要求对不安全行为的影响过程中发挥完全中介作用;(3)行事风格调节了中介过程的后半路径,行事风格得分较低者的情绪衰竭水平对其不安全行为的正向预测作用更显著。结论:情绪衰竭在工作要求与不安全行为之间起完全中介作用,行事风格调节了工作要求对不安全行为的间接效应。
Objective:To explore the impact of job demands on coal miners’ unsafe behaviors,and the effect of emotion exhaustion and behavior styles.Methods:Based on the visits at the coal mine enterprises and the understanding of the actual on-site operating status,combining with the existing mature scales,this study compiled a questionnaire about unsafe behaviors in the coal mine enterprises and collected data from 294 front line coal miners.Results:(1)Job demands were significantly positively correlated with unsafe behaviors;(2)Emotional exhaustion fully mediated job demands and unsafe behaviors;(3)The mediation effect was moderated by behavior styles.The proportional correlation of emotion exhaustion and unsafe behaviors was more significant at those miners with lower behavior styles scores.Conclusion:Behavior styles moderates the mediation effect of emotional exhaustion in the relation between job demands and unsafe behaviors.
