童年期虐待与边缘型人格障碍症状的关系:情绪失调和共情的链式中介作用 被引量:8

The Effect of Childhood Abuse on Borderline Personality Disorder Symptom:A Chain Mediating Model

摘要 目的:探讨童年期虐待、情绪失调、共情和边缘型人格障碍症状之间的关系。方法:采用儿童期虐待问卷、人格障碍诊断问卷、情绪调节困难量表、人际反应指针量表对1430名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)相关分析结果显示,童年期虐待、情绪失调、共情以及边缘型人格障碍症状两两之间均呈显著相关;(2)路径分析结果显示,童年期虐待直接显著正向影响边缘型人格障碍症状;同时存在三条间接路径:童年期虐待通过情绪失调影响边缘型人格障碍症状;童年期虐待通过共情影响边缘型人格障碍症状;童年期虐待通过情绪失调、共情的链式中介作用影响边缘型人格障碍症状。结论:童年期虐待能直接显著正向影响边缘型人格障碍症状,并且情绪失调、共情在童年期虐待和边缘型人格障碍症状之间起链式中介作用。 Objective:To explore the relationship between childhood abuse,empathy,emotion dysregulation and borderline personality disorder symptom.Methods:A sample of 1430 undergraduates were recruited in the study to complete the questionnaires about childhood abuse,personality disorder symptom,emotion dysregulation,empathy.Results:(1)Correlation analysis showed that childhood abuse,emotion dysregulation,empathy and personality disorder symptom were significantly correlated with each other.(2)Multiple mediation modeling indicated that childhood abuse directly affected personality disorder symptom,and indirectly affected personality disorder symptom through three path-ways:mediated by emotion dysregulation,partly through the mediating effect of empathy,and through multiple mediating role of emotion dysregulation and empathy.Conclusion:Emotion dysregulation and empathy exert a multiple mediating effect on the relationship between childhood abuse and personality disorder symptom.
