摘要
目的:检验高血压自我护理概况(HTN-SCP)问卷中文版的信效度。方法:采用目的抽样方法抽取光明区及龙华区308例高血压病人进行HTN-SCP问卷调查,并用所得数据进行信度、效度分析。结果:中文版的HTN-SCP问卷各量表及各条目Cronbach′sα系数均>0.8,取样适切性量数(Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin,KMO)>0.7。结论:中文版HTN-SCP问卷信效度高,可用于测试自我效能,在光明区和龙华区高血压人群中使用具备适用性,可有效评估高血压病人自我护理情况。
Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version Questionnaire for Hypertension Self-Care Profile(HTN-SCP).Methods:A total of 308 hypertensive patients in Guangming district and Longhua district were selected by purposive sampling method to conduct a HTN-SCP questionnaire survey,and the reliability and validity were analyzed with the obtained data.Results:The Cronbach′s alpha coefficients of each scale and item of the Chinese version of the HTN-SCP were all>0.8,and measure of sampling adequacy(Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin,KMO)was>0.7.Conclusions:The Chinese version HTN-SCP questionnaire has higher reliability and validity,which can be used in testing self-efficacy and applicable to people suffering hypertension in Guangming district and Longhua district,so it can also efficiently assess the self-care of hypertension patients.
