摘要
以四川某低品位难选磷矿石为研究对象,采用化学分析、显微鉴定分析、X射线衍射分析、红外吸收光谱分析等手段进行了详细工艺矿物学研究。矿石矿物主要由胶态磷灰石、细晶白云石和石英三大部份组成,另含有少量黄铁矿、褐铁矿、水云母、炭质等。试样中P_(2)O_(5)、MgO、SiO_(2)含量分别为17.54%、6.83%、18.36%,属于高镁中硅型低品位沉积磷块岩。研究结果表明,该磷矿石采用单一反浮选工艺无法获得合格的磷精矿产品,可以采用正-反浮选工艺或者X射线分选技术获得高品质磷精矿产品。
The process mineralogy of a low-grade refractory phosphate ore in Sichuan Province was studied by means of chemical analysis,microscopic identification,X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrometry analysis.The ore minerals are mainly composed of colloidal apatite,fine-grained dolomite and quartz,and contain a small amount of pyrite,limonite,hydromica,carbon and so on.The contents of P_(2)O_(5),MgO and SiO_(2)in the samples are 17.54%,6.83%and 18.36%.The results of the study show that the phosphate concentrate cannot be obtained by single reverse flotation process,and high-quality phosphate concentrate can be obtained by either forward-reverse flotation or x-ray separation.
