摘要
为了将1,1,1-三氟乙烷(HFC-143a)/1,1-二氟-1-氯乙烷(HCFC-142b)联产装置反应过程中过量的氟化氢(HF)分离并利用,通过实验、模拟计算等方法研究适用于该装置的氟化氢分离工艺,最终得到有水氢氟酸产品,实现资源化利用。
In order to separate and utilize the excess hydrogen fluoride(HF)in the 1,1,1-trifluoroethane(HFC-143a)/1,1-difluoro-1-chloroethane(HCFC-142b)co-production unit reaction process,the hydrogen fluoride separation process suitable for this device was studied through experiments,simulation calculations and other methods.The process finally obtains water-containing hydrofluoric acid products and realizes resource utilization.
