在行业整治提升、提倡节约成本和资源再利用的背景下,化工装置改建、扩建或搬迁的项目会涉及到旧设备利用。由于使用工况的不同,旧设备在利用前存在各自的局限性和复杂性。为控制风险,保证旧设备利用合规、安全、稳定使用,本文结合工作实践,对旧设备利用存在的问题进行分析,以避免旧设备利用影响项目进度及后期使用安全等。

Under the background of industry improvement and promotion,cost saving and resource reuse,projects of chemical plant reconstruction,expansion or relocation will involve the utilization of old equipment.Due to different operating conditions,old equipment has its own limitations and complexities before utilization.In order to control risks and ensure the use of old equipment is compliant,safe and stable,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the use of old equipment based on work practice,so as to avoid problems such as the use of old equipment affecting the progress of the project and the safety of later use.
