基于机械类专业创新创业实验室学生培养模式研究

摘要 为响应国家号召,全国高校大力建设创新创业实验室。针对创新创业实验室新建后出现的组织混乱、培养模式多变、研究内容传承断代等问题,本文提出了传承式自学模式与项目、竞赛激励方式相结合的培养体系。在创新创业实验室承办各类项目、竞赛的过程中,提出了一系列办法,有效地解决了教师与学生沟通障碍和实验班学生培养混乱的问题,完成了在创新设计平台建设后,对学生自主学习能力和工程实践能力的培养模式的改良。为今后的大学生创新创业培养方式的进一步探索,提供了理论基础与实践经验。 In response to the national call,many universities across the country are building innovation and entrepreneurship laboratories.To address the problems of organizational chaos,varying training models,and gaping of the research content after the establishment of the laboratory,this study proposes a training system which combines inherited self-study models with projects and competition incentives.In the process of undertaking various projects and competitions in the innovation and entrepreneurship laboratory,a series of methods have been proposed to effectively solve the problems for the communication barriers between teachers and students as well as the confusion of the training of experimental class students.The cultivation mode of students’independent learning ability and engineering practice ability is improved after the construction of innovative design platform.This study provides the theoretical basis and practical experience for the further exploration of innovation and entrepreneurship training methods for university students.
