摘要
化学实验中很多时候需要使用真空系统。通常情况下,学生实验室采用每一套实验装置配一台真空泵,再附加一些保护装置。这样,搭建一整套真空系统并不简单,而且因同时进行的实验较多,一个实验室配置的真空设备越多,管理难度就越大。本文介绍了3个对化学实验室的真空系统进行改进和改造的方法:①改进真空气路设计,减少真空设备台套数;②改造真空系统设备布置;③防止倒吸返流现象的发生。这些方法可以使之管理起来更方便,同时也改善了实验室环境。
Vacuum is often required in chemical experiments.Usually,the student laboratory uses an experimental apparatus with a vacuum pump and some additional protective devices.Thus,a complete set of vacuum system is not a simple system,and a large number of experiments are performed simultaneously.Therefore,if such a laboratory is equipped with more vacuum equipment,the more difficult it is to manage.This paper introduces the following methods to improve and transform the vacuum system in chemistry laboratory:①Improve the design of vacuum circuit and reduce the number of vacuum equipment sets;②Upgrade the equipment layout of the vacuum system;③Prevent the occurrence of backflow phenomenon.The vacuum system proposed could make the experiemnt more convenient to manage,also improve the laboratory environment.
