Shouguang Vegetable Industry Group Striving to Build a National Industrial Highland of Prepared Dishes

寿光是“中国蔬菜之乡”,是冬暖式大棚的发源地,该市设施蔬菜种植面积60万亩,蔬菜总产量450万吨,是全国重要的蔬菜集散中心、价格形成中心、信息交流中心和物流配送中心。2020年,以寿光蔬菜为核心的千亿级蔬菜产业集群入选全国首批50个优势特色产业集群。

As the “hometown of Chinese vegetables” and the bir thplace of winter-greenhouse, Shouguang has a planting area of greenhouse vegetables of 600,000 mu and the total vegetable output of 4.5 million tons. It is an important vegetable distribution center, price formation center, information exchange center, and logistics distribution center in China. In 2020, the 100-billion-yuan vegetable industry cluster with Shouguang vegetables at the core was selected into the first 50 advantageous and characteristic industrial clusters in China. While improving the level of vegetable production, Shouguang as a nationa l “vegetable basket” has transformed from production to processing in recent years. By working in the direction of clean vegetables and prepared vegetables, it aims to extend the industrial chain, improve the value chain, and promote the upgrading of the vegetable industry continuously.
