龙胆泻肝汤加减联合普瑞巴林治疗头面部带状疱疹后神经痛临床研究

Clinical Study on Modified Longdan Xiegan Tang Combined with Pregabalin for Postherpetic Neuralgia of Head and Face

目的:观察龙胆泻肝汤加减联合普瑞巴林治疗头面部带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的临床疗效。方法:选取108例头面部PHN患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组各54例。对照组予普瑞巴林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗。比较2组简化McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)、生活质量(SF-36)、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果:治疗后,2组SF-MPQ各维度评分、AIS、SDS、SAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组SF-36各维度评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组SF-36各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:龙胆泻肝汤加减联合普瑞巴林可减轻头面部PHN患者疼痛、抑郁、焦虑症状,提高睡眠、生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of modified Longdan Xiegan tang combined with pregabalin on postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)of head and face.Methods:A total of 108 patients with PHN were selected as research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was conventionally treated with pregabalin,and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Longdan Xiegan tang based on the treatment of the control group.The scores of ShortForm McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ),quality of life(SF-36),Asens Insomnia Scale(AIS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,each scores of SF-MPQ and the scores of AIS,SDS and SAS in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease range in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,each score of SF-36 of quality of life in both groups was increased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and each score of SF-36 in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of modified Longdan Xiegan tang combined with pregabalin can relieve symptoms of pain,depression and anxiety,and improve the sleep and life quality of PHN patients.
