健脾补骨汤联合金天格胶囊对骨质疏松性疼痛患者骨代谢指标及疼痛程度的影响

Effect of Jianpi Bugu Tang Combined with Jintiange Capsules on Bone Metabolism Indexes and Pain Degree of Patients with Osteoporotic Pain

目的:观察健脾补骨汤联合金天格胶囊对骨质疏松性疼痛患者骨代谢水平及疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取104例骨质疏松性疼痛患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各52例。2组在常规干预的基础上,对照组给予金天格胶囊,观察组给予健脾补骨汤联合金天格胶囊治疗,2组疗程均为1个月。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、骨代谢水平[骨密度值(BMD)、骨钙素(BGP)、碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)、Ⅰ型胶原胶联蛋白羧基末端肽(CTX-1)]、疼痛程度[疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]的变化。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为96.15%,对照组为78.85%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组腰背疼痛、下肢疼痛及肢体倦怠的中医证候评分均较治疗前下降,观察组上述3项中医证候评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组BMD、BGP、BALP、PTH指标值均较治疗前升高,CTX-1指标值均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组BMD、BGP、BALP、PTH指标值均高于对照组,CTX-1指标值低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组静息状态、活动状态的VAS评分均较治疗前下降,观察组各项VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾补骨汤联合金天格胶囊可改善骨质疏松性疼痛患者的骨代谢水平,缓解其临床症状,减轻疼痛程度,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi Bugu tang combined with Jintiange capsules on bone metabolism levels and pain degree of patients with osteoporotic pain.Methods:A total of 104 cases of patients with osteoporotic pain were selected as study subjects and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.Based on routine intervention,the control group was additionally given Jintiange capsules,and the observation group was additionally given Jianpi Bugu tang combined with Jintiange capsules.Both groups were treated for one month.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared.The changes in Chinese medicine syndrome scores,bone metabolism levels[bone mineral density(BMD),bone gla protein(BGP),bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BALP),parathyroid hormone(PTH),type I collagen annexin carboxy terminal peptide(CTX-1)]and pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical effect was 96.15%in the observation group and 78.85%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores of low back pain,lower extremity pain and limb burnout in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of BMD,BGP,BALP and PTH in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the value of CTX-1 was decreased,differences being significant(P<0.05);the values of BMD,BGP,BALP and PTH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the value of CTX-1 was lower,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores in resting state and active state in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and each VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Bugu tang combined with Jintiange capsules can obviously improve bone metabolism levels of patients with osteoporotic pain,relieve their clinical symptoms and pain degree and enhance the clinical effect.
