温肾助孕汤联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕临床研究

Clinical Study on Wenshen Zhuyun Tang Combined with Western Medicine for Infertility Induced by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:观察温肾助孕汤联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致不孕的临床疗效。方法:选取80例PCOS所致不孕患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组各40例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合温肾助孕汤治疗。2组均治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后优势卵泡个数、直径、黄体期子宫内膜厚度、性激素水平[雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)]的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效总有效率为97.50%,对照组为85.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组优势卵泡个数、直径及黄体期子宫内膜厚度均较治疗前增加,观察组上述3项指标值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组E2水平均较治疗前上升,FSH、LH、T、LH/FSH水平均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组E2水平高于对照组,FSH、LH、T、LH/FSH水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温肾助孕汤联合西药治疗PCOS所致不孕者临床疗效较好,可促进排卵,增厚子宫内膜,恢复性激素水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenshen Zhuyun tang combined with western medicine for infertility induced by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with infertility induced by PCOS were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Wenshen Zhuyun tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three months.Clinical effects were compared between the two groups.The number and diameter of dominant follicles,endometrial thickness in luteal phase and sex hormone levels[estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)].Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 97.50%in the observation group and 85.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,number and diameter of dominant follicles and endometrial thickness in luteal phase in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the above three indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,E2levels in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and levels of FSH,LH,T and LH/FSH in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05);E2level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and levels of FSH,LH,T and LH/FSH were lower,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenshen Zhuyun tang combined with western medicine has a relatively good clinical effect on infertility induced by PCOS,which can promote ovulation,thicken endometrium,restore sex hormone levels.
