浮性与沉性生物絮团氨氮处理能力与营养组成的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 为探究沉性絮团与浮性絮团在加碳源和不加碳源条件下的氨氮处理能力与营养组成,在加碳源和不加碳源的条件下各设置3个处理组,分别为沉性絮团、混合絮团和浮性絮团。每组总悬浮固体(Total Suspended solid,TSS)≈150 mg/L,碱度约为300.00 mg/L,以10 mg/L氯化铵(NH_(4)Cl_(2))为氮源,以DOC/TN=15的葡萄糖作为碳源,进行为期3 d的连续水质监测试验,试验结束后取絮团测营养指标。结果显示:在加碳源的条件下沉性絮团、混合絮团和浮性絮团的总氨氮去除效率分别为(1.03±0.03)mg/g·h、(1.00±0.01)mg/g·h、(1.05±0.07)mg/g·h;不加碳源的条件下沉性絮团、混合絮团和浮性絮团的氨氮去除效率分别为(1.20±0.16)mg/g·h、(1.28±0.03)mg/g·h、(1.02±0.03)mg/g·h,不加碳源组沉性絮团和混合絮团的氨氮去除率高于加碳源组沉性絮团和混合絮团,两组之间浮性絮团氨氮去除率差异不显著。浮性絮团的亚硝酸盐氮(NO_(2)^(-)-N)有较高的峰值质量浓度,加碳源条件下为(1.85±0.05)mg/L,不加碳源条件下为(3.32±0.38)mg/L,加碳源组和不加碳源组沉性絮团、混合絮团以及浮性絮团的硝酸盐氮、总氮和溶解性总氮最终质量浓度差异显著(P<0.05)。加碳源的情况下浮性絮团具有更多含量的二十碳五烯酸(Eicosapntemacnioc Acid,EPA)以及脂肪酸,不加碳源的情况下沉性絮团具有更多含量的氨基酸,浮性絮团具有更多含量的EPA。研究表明,沉性絮团对整个生物絮团系统的总氨氮以及亚硝酸盐氮处理效果更好,浮性絮团营养价值更高。 To explore the ammonia nitrogen treatment capacity and nutrient composition of sinking flocs and floating flocs with and without carbon source.Under the two conditions,three treatment groups were set up respectively-sinking flocs,mixed flocs,and floating flocs.Each group of TSS(Total Suspended solid)was about 150 mg/L and alkalinity was about 300.00 mg/L,10 mg/L NH_(4) Cl_(2) was used as the nitrogen source and glucose with DOC/TN=15 was used as the carbon source.A 3-day continuous water quality monitoring test was carried out.At end of the test,flocs were taken to measure the nutritional indicators.The results showed that the total ammonia nitrogen removal rate of sinking flocs,mixed flocs,and floating flocs with carbon sources were(1.03±0.03)mg/g·h and(1.00±0.01)mg/g·h,(1.05±0.07)mg/g·h;the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen for sinking flocs,mixed flocs and floating flocs without carbon source were(1.20±0.16)mg/g·h,(1.28±0.03)mg/g·h,(1.02±0.03)mg/g·h,ammonia nitrogen removal rate for sinking flocs and mixed flocs without carbon source was higher than the sinking flocs and mixed flocs with carbon source and the difference in the ammonia nitrogen removal rate of the floating flocs between the two groups are not significant.The nitrite nitrogen(NO-2-N)of the floating flocs has a higher peak concentration,which is(1.85±0.05)mg/L under the condition of adding carbon source and(3.32±0.38)mg/L which are under the condition of not adding carbon source,the final concentration of nitrate,total nitrogen and dissolved total nitrogen of sinking flocs,mixed flocs and floating flocs in the groups which are with carbon source and without carbon source were significantly different(P<0.05).With the addition of a carbon source,the floating flocs have more content of Eicosapntemacnioc Acid(EPA)and fatty acids.Without the addition of a carbon source,the sinking flocs have more content of amino acids and floating flocs had a higher content of EPA.The results showed that the sinking flocs have a better capacity for removing TAN and NO-2-N,the floating flocs had a higher nutritional value.
