补肾活血汤联合针刺治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on Knee Osteoarthritis of Liver and Kidney Deficiency

目的观察补肾活血汤联合针刺治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的临床疗效。方法选取湖南省永州市中医医院2020年1—12月收治的70例肝肾亏虚型KOA患者,随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(35例)。对照组采用艾瑞昔布片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用补肾活血汤联合针刺治疗。统计对比两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index,WOMAC)评分。结果观察组的总有效率为94.29%,对照组为77.14%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组VAS评分、WOMAC评分分别为(5.83±1.10)分、(66.20±12.27)分,对照组VAS评分、WOMAC评分分别为(6.03±1.34)分、(66.17±12.72)分,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的VAS评分、WOMAC评分分别为(1.91±1.42)分、(15.83±9.62)分,均明显优于对照组的(3.63±1.54)分、(28.34±13.93)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血汤联合针刺能够有效治疗肝肾亏虚型KOA,缓解临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis(KOA)of liver and kidney deficiency type.Methods A total of 70 patients with liver and kidney deficiency KOA who were admitted to the Yongzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hunan Province from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into an observation group(35 cases)and a control group(35 cases).The control group was treated with Irecoxib tablets,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the differences in the pain visual analogue scale(VAS),Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score before and after treatment between the two groups of patients were statistically compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,and that of the control group was 77.14%,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the VAS score and WOMAC score of the observation group were(5.83±1.10)points and(66.20±12.27)points,while the VAS score and WOMAC score of the control group were(6.03±1.34)points and(66.17±12.72)points,respectively,there were no statistically significant differences between the groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and WOMAC score of the observation group were(1.91±1.42)points and(15.83±9.62)points,which were significantly better than(3.63±1.54)points and(28.34±13.93)points of the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively treat liver and kidney deficiency KOA and relieve clinical symptoms.
