强脊粉热敷联合针刺对阳虚瘀阻型强直性脊柱炎患者脊柱功能障碍的改善效果

Effect of strong Spinal Powder Hot Compress and Acupuncture on Spine Dysfunction in Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis of Yang Deficiency and Stasis Resistance Type

目的探讨强脊粉热敷联合针刺对阳虚瘀阻型强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)患者脊柱功能障碍的改善效果。方法选取该院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的阳虚瘀阻型AS患者76例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,各38例。两组患者均采用针刺治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予患者强脊粉热敷。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗2、4周后,治疗组中医证候、晨僵时间及脊柱和胸廓活动度评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组红细胞沉降率(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)和C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对阳虚瘀阻型AS患者采用强脊粉热敷联合针刺治疗,可以有效改善患者的晨僵症状,缓解患者的功能障碍,在减轻机体炎症因子水平的同时控制病情发展,临床治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of strong spinal powder hot compress combined with acupuncture on the improvement of spinal dysfunction in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS)of Yang deficiency and stasis resistance type.Methods A total of 76 AS patients with Yang deficiency and stasis resistance type admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into two group with a random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with acupuncture,and on this basis,the treatment group was given strong spinal powder hot compress.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndromes,morning stiffness,and spine and thoracic activity scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with Yang deficiency and stasis resistance type of AS,the use of strong spinal powder hot compress combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of morning stiffness,alleviate the patient's dysfunction,reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body and control the development of the disease.The clinical treatment effect is significant.
