天麻钩藤饮联合针刺疗法治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in Treating Hypertension of Liver Yang Hyperactivity

目的探讨天麻钩藤饮联合针刺疗法治疗肝阳上亢型高血压患者的疗效。方法选取该院2018年1月—2020年10月收治的88例肝阳上亢型高血压患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组44例。对照组口服非洛地平片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用天麻钩藤饮联合针刺疗法治疗。两组均连续治疗3个月。对比两组临床疗效、血压水平、中医证候积分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,治疗后舒张压、收缩压水平及眩晕、头痛、急躁易怒积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在肝阳上亢型高血压患者中应用天麻钩藤饮联合针刺疗法治疗,可有效缓解临床症状、控制血压,且不良反应少,治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with hypertensi of of liver yang hyperactivity.Methods A selection of 88 patients with hypertension of liver yang hypertension admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with felodipine tablets orally,and the observation group was treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The clinical curative effect,blood pressure level,TCM syndrome score and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,after treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and the scores of dizziness,headache,irritability and irritability were lower than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy in patients with hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and control blood pressure,with few adverse reactions and significant therapeutic effects.
