针灸联合中药熏蒸对全膝关节置换术后患者康复效果的影响

The Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation on the Rehabilitation Effect of Patients after Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的探讨针灸联合中药熏蒸对全膝关节置换术后患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2020年12月在该院行全膝关节置换术的80例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。两组患者术后均行常规干预措施,在此基础上,对照组采用针灸治疗,观察组采用针灸联合中药熏蒸治疗。比较两组术后1、7、15 d的膝关节疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS);术后1、15 d的膝关节周径、Lysholm膝关节功能评分;术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后7、15 d的VAS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后15 d,两组膝关节周径均小于各组术前,Lysholm评分均高于各组术后1 d,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针灸联合中药熏蒸应用于全膝关节置换术后患者中,能够有效减轻其术后疼痛程度,减小膝关节周径,改善膝关节功能。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the rehabilitation of patients after total knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in this hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases)according to a random number table.Both groups of patients received conventional interventions after surgery.On this basis,the control group was treated with acupuncture and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The knee joint pain visual analogue score(VAS)at 1,7,and 15 d after the operation;the circumference of the knee joint and the Lysholm knee joint function score 1 and 15 d after the operation and the postoperative complications were compared.Results The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the 7th and 15th day after operation,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 15th day after operation,the knee joint circumference of the two groups was smaller than that of each group 1 day after operation,the Lysholm score was higher than that of each group,and the improvement of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation applied to patients after total knee arthroplasty can effectively reduce their postoperative pain,reduce the circumference of the knee joint,and improve the function of the knee joint.
