快速康复护理在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients undergoing Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探析快速康复护理在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月—2020年6月于该院妇科行腹腔镜手术的40例患者为研究对象,根据随机抽签法分成对照组与研究组。对照组20例患者采用常规护理,研究组20例患者采用快速康复护理。对比两组的术后恢复情况、疼痛程度、并发症发生率与护理满意度。结果研究组的肠鸣音恢复、排气、下床活动、排便、住院时间分别为(14.16±2.15)h、(16.17±2.28)h、(22.38±3.16)h、(26.21±3.51)h、(7.01±1.36)d,均显著短于对照组的(19.52±2.63)h、(21.07±2.34)h、(30.46±3.53)h、(35.13±3.72)h、(10.02±1.43)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后24、48、72 h的疼痛评分及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果理想,有助于加快患者术后恢复,减轻疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床推荐应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients.Methods 40 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery from June 2018 to June 2020 in the Department of Gynecology of the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and a study group according to a random lottery method.20 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and 20 patients in the study group were treated with rapid rehabilitation nursing.The postoperative recovery,pain degree,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of bowel sound recovery,exhaust,getting out of bed,defecation,and hospitalization in the study group were(14.16±2.15)h,(16.17±2.28)h,(22.38±3.16)h,(26.21±3.51)h,(7.01±1.36)d,which were significantly shorter than(19.52±2.63)h,(21.07±2.34)h,(30.46±3.53)h,(35.13±3.72)h,(10.02±1.43)d in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores at 24,48,and 72 hours after surgery and complication rates of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients is more ideal,which helps to speed up the recovery of patients after surgery,reduce the pain and the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical recommendation and application.
