无缝隙康复护理在脑血管病肢体障碍患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Seamless Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Cerebrovascular Disease and Limb Disorder

目的分析无缝隙康复护理在脑血管病肢体障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年1月该院收治的脑血管病肢体障碍患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组。对照组40例采用常规护理,研究组40例采用无缝隙康复护理。对比两组患者的临床效果、护理前后肢体功能评分、生活质量评分。结果研究组的临床总有效率92.50%高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理前的肢体功能评分为(2.08±0.52)分,与对照组的(2.04±0.47)分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者护理后的肢体功能评分为(3.54±0.48)分,明显高于对照组的(2.83±0.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理前的生活质量评分为(51.36±11.51)分,与对照组的(50.14±12.25)分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者护理后的生活质量评分为(89.19±8.33)分,高于对照组的(75.27±7.48)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将无缝隙康复护理应用于脑血管病肢体障碍患者中,可改善患者的肢体运动功能,提升其生活质量及护理效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of seamless rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebrovascular disease and limb disorders.Methods 80 patients with cerebrovascular disease and limb disorders admitted to this hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method.40 cases in the control group received conventional nursing,and 40 cases in the study group received seamless rehabilitation nursing.The clinical effects,limb function scores and quality of life scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 92.50%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The limb function score of the patients in the study group before nursing was(2.08±0.52)points,and compared with the control group's(2.04±0.47)points,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the limb function score(3.54±0.48)points of the patients in the study group after nursing was significantly higher than(2.83±0.56)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the quality of life of the patients in the study group before nursing was(51.36±11.51)points,and compared with the control group's(50.14±12.25)points,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the quality of life score of patients in the study group after nursing was(89.19±8.33)points,which was higher than(75.27±7.48)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying seamless rehabilitation nursing to patients with cerebrovascular disease and limb disorders can improve their limb motor function,quality of life and nursing effect.
