徒手淋巴引流联合肌内效贴对脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Freehand Lymphatic Drainage Combined with Kinesio Taping on Patients with Shoulder-Hand Syndrome StageⅠafter Stroke

目的分析徒手淋巴引流联合肌内效贴对脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者的治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月该院收治的63例脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组31例采用徒手淋巴引流治疗,观察组32例在对照组基础上加用肌内效贴治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、肩关节活动度及上肢运动功能。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为90.63%,高于对照组的70.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的肩关节前屈、后伸、外展及内旋活动度均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的上肢运动功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论徒手淋巴引流联合肌内效贴治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者的效果良好,可显著改善患者的肩关节活动度,促进上肢运动功能的恢复。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of freehand lymphatic drainage combined with Kinesio taping on patients with stageⅠshoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods A total of 63 patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome stage I admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.31 cases in the control group were treated with freehand lymphatic drainage,and 32 cases in the observation group were treated with Kinesio taping on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,range of motion of the shoulder joint and upper limb motor function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.63%,which was higher than 70.97%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The flexion,extension,abduction and internal rotation of the shoulder of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The upper limb motor function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of freehand lymphatic drainage and Kinesio taping is effective in treating patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome stage I,which can significantly improve the mobility of the shoulder joint and promote the recovery of upper limb motor function.
