子宫脱垂患者行盆底康复治疗的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation in Patients with Uterine Prolapse

目的观察子宫脱垂患者进行盆底康复治疗的临床疗效。方法选取该院2019年12月—2020年10月收治的70例子宫脱垂患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用单纯盆底肌肉锻炼,观察组在此基础上采用盆底康复治疗。对比两组患者的盆底肌肌力、最大肌电位、子宫脱垂程度及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者的盆底肌肌力评分(137.26±45.43)分、最大肌电位(14.18±4.76)μV均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的各项生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的子宫脱垂程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将盆底康复治疗应用于子宫脱垂患者的临床治疗中,能够有效改善患者的盆底肌肌力,提高最大肌电位,缓解患者的子宫脱垂程度,提高其生活质量,值得应用并推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pelvic floor rehabilitation in patients with uterine prolapse.Methods A total of 70 patients with uterine prolapse admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group used pure pelvic floor muscle exercise,and the observation group used pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment on this basis.The pelvic floor muscle strength,maximum myoelectric potential,degree of uterine prolapse and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The pelvic floor muscle strength score(137.26±45.43)points and the maximum myoelectric potential(14.18±4.76)μV of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of uterine prolapse after treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy in the clinical treatment of patients with uterine prolapse can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle strength,increase the maximum myoelectric potential,relieve the patients’uterine prolapse and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of application and promotion.
