常规康复训练联合生物反馈电刺激在产后盆底功能康复中的效果

The Effect of Conventional Rehabilitation Training Combined with Biofeedback Electrostimulation in Postpartum Pelvic Floor Functional Rehabilitation

目的分析常规康复训练联合生物反馈电刺激在产后盆底功能康复中的效果。方法选取该院2020年8—11月收治的60例产后盆底功能障碍患者,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上采用生物反馈电刺激,比较两组患者的盆底电生理指标、不良情况发生率及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的盆底肌疲劳度、阴道最大动态压力、肌力、弹性等盆底电生理指标水平均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良情况发生率为16.67%,低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规康复训练联合生物反馈电刺激可增加盆底肌肌力和弹性,促进患者盆底功能恢复,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of conventional rehabilitation training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in postpartum pelvic floor functional rehabilitation.Methods 60 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction were selected from August to November 2020,and they were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group used conventional rehabilitation training,and on this basis,the observation group used biofeedback electrical stimulation.The pelvic floor electrophysiological index,incidence of adverse events and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After the intervention,the levels of pelvic floor electrophysiological indexes such as pelvic floor muscle fatigue,vaginal maximum dynamic pressure,muscle strength and elasticity were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 16.67%,which was lower than 40.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with conventional rehabilitation training can increase the muscle strength and elasticity of the pelvic floor,promote the recovery of pelvic floor function and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
