温针灸结合拔罐联合功能锻炼对脑出血后肢体功能障碍康复效果的影响

Effect of Warm Needle Moxibustion and Cupping Combined with Functional Exercise on the Rehabilitation of Limb Dysfunction after Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的研究温针灸结合拔罐联合功能锻炼对脑出血后肢体功能障碍康复效果的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月在该院接受治疗的脑出血后肢体功能障碍患者120例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规功能锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上结合温针灸及拔罐。比较两组患者干预前后的肢体功能、治疗效果、中医症状积分以及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的上、下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定(FMA)评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的干预后总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(81.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者乏力、偏身麻木、偏瘫、走路不稳积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生理状态、心理状态、社会关系、生活状况、独立能力评分及总评分均显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸结合拔罐联合功能锻炼能够改善患者的肢体功能,提高临床疗效,改善生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of warm needle moxibustion and with cupping combined with functional exercise on the rehabilitation effect of limb dysfunction after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 120 patients with limb dysfunction after cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in the hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group used routine functional exercises,and the observation group combined warm needle moxibustion and cupping on the basis of the control group.The limb function,treatment effect,TCM symptom score and quality of life were compared between the two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)scores of the upper and lower limbs of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group after intervention(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(81.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of fatigue,partial numbness,hemiplegia,and walking instability in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological state,psychological state,social relationship,living conditions,independent ability and total scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm needle moxibustion and cupping combined with functional exercise can improve the patient's limb function,improve clinical efficacy and the quality of life.
