多学科合作疼痛管理对全髋关节和全膝关节置换术患者康复的影响

The Impact of Multidisciplinary Cooperation Pain Management on the Rehabilitation of Patients Undergoing Total Hip and Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的探讨多学科合作疼痛管理对全髋关节和全膝关节置换术患者康复的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年10月于该院行全髋关节和全膝关节置换术的患者90例为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规疼痛管理,研究组采用多学科合作疼痛管理。比较两组患者的并发症发生率、疼痛数字评分(NRS)评分、住院时间及术后关节康复时间等。结果研究组患者并发症发生率为6.7%,明显低于对照组的28.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的住院时间、术后关节康复时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者各时段的NRS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全髋关节和全膝关节置换术患者应用多学科合作疼痛管理模式的效果理想,能有效降低患者疼痛感,减少术后并发症发生,并缩短住院时间及术后关节康复时间,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the impact of multidisciplinary cooperative pain management on the rehabilitation of patients undergoing total hip and total knee arthroplasty.Methods 90 patients who underwent total hip and total knee arthroplasty in this hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group used conventional pain management,and the study group used multidisciplinary cooperative pain management.The complication rate,pain numerical score(NRS)score,hospital stay and postoperative joint rehabilitation time were compared between the groups.Results The complication rate of the study group was 6.7%,which was significantly lower than 28.9%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and postoperative joint rehabilitation time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The NRS scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those of the control group in each period,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of applying the multidisciplinary cooperative pain management model to patients undergoing total hip and total knee arthroplasty is ideal,which can effectively reduce the pain of patients,reduce the probability of postoperative complications,and shorten the hospital stay and postoperative joint rehabilitation time.It is worth promoting.
