人性化护理在康复期精神分裂症患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Humanized Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Schizophrenia during the Rehabilitation Period

目的探究人性化护理在康复期精神分裂症患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月—2019年8月该院收治的100例康复期精神分裂症患者为观察对象,根据护理方法不同分为对照组(采用常规护理)与观察组(在对照组基础上采用人性化护理),各50例。评价并比较两组患者护理前后的精神状态、社会功能、心理健康状态、精神病性症状严重程度,同时对两组的依从性与护理满意度进行比较。结果护理后,两组的精神病评定量表(BPRS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、阳性和阴性精神症状评定量表(PANSS)评分均显著低于同组护理前,且观察组评分明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组依从性、护理满意度均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于康复期精神分裂症患者中,可改善患者的精神状态,提高依从性和护理满意度,促进其社会功能恢复。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period.Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the observation objects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into a control group(adopting routine nursing)and an observation group(adopting humanized nursing on the basis of the control group),with 50 cases in each group.The mental state,social function,mental health status and severity of psychotic symptoms of patients in the two groups before and after nursing were evaluated and compared.Meanwhile,the compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),symptom checklist 90(SCL-90),social disability screening schedule(SDSS)and positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance and nursing satisfaction of the obseroation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in patients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation period can improve patients'mental state,compliance and nursing satisfaction,and promote the recovery of social functions.
