膝关节功能加速康复器对前交叉韧带损伤术后关节功能恢复的影响

Effect of Knee Function Acceleration Rehabilitation Device on Joint Function Recovery after Cruciate Ligament Injury Surgery

目的研究膝关节功能加速康复器对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者术后膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2020年4月该院收治的112例膝关节前交叉韧带损伤术后膝关节功能障碍患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,每组56例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用膝关节功能加速康复器治疗。对比两组的膝关节功能评分、膝关节活动度等。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.43%,高于对照组的83.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,比较两组的膝关节功能评分及膝关节活动度,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、3、6个月后,观察组的膝关节功能评分均高于对照组,观察组的屈伸活动度均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用膝关节功能加速康复器治疗膝关节前交叉韧带损伤术后膝关节功能障碍患者的疗效显著,有助于促进患者膝关节功能恢复,值得推广。

Objective To study the effects of knee function accelerator rehabilitation device on knee joint function recovery in patients with knee cruciate ligament injury.Methods 112 patients with knee joint dysfunction after knee cruciate ligament injury were selected from January 2018 to April 2020.They were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation,and the observation group was treated with knee joint function accelerated rehabilitation device on the basis of the control group.The knee function scores and knee mobility of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.43%,which was higher than 83.93%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the knee joint function scores and knee joint mobility of the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 1,3 and 6 months of treatment,the knee joint function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the flexion and extension mobility of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of using knee joint function acceleration rehabilitation device to treat patients with knee joint cruciate ligament injury is significant,which is helpful to promote the recovery of knee function in patients and is worthy of popularization.
