摘要 目的探究动态神经肌肉稳定技术(DNS)对脑卒中偏瘫患者步行功能的影响。方法选取2019年9月—2020年3月连云港市中医院康复科收治的68例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机抽签模式分为DNS组和对照组,各34例。DNS组采用DNS,对照组采用传统康复治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,DNS组和对照组的Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Fugl-Meyer运动量表下肢项(FMA-LE)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)、10米步行测试(10 MWT)和6 min步行距离比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,DNS组的BBS评分(40.58±6.19)分、FMA-LE评分(22.23±4.58)分、MBI评分(56.17±10.79)分、10 MWT(29.05±4.00)s、6 min步行距离(230.47±28.33)m均明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于脑卒中偏瘫患者康复治疗中引入DNS,能够有效改善患者的平衡功能、下肢运动功能以及步行能力。 Objective To explore the effect of dynamic neuromuscular stabilization(DNS)on walking function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 68 patients with stroke and hemiplegia admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of Lianyungang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into a DNS group and a control group in a random lottery model,with 34 cases in each group.The DNS group was treated with DNS,and the control group was treated with traditional rehabilitation.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,the Berg balance scale(BBS),Fugl-Meyer assessment-lower extremity(FMA-LE),modified barthel index(MBI),10-meter walking test(10 MWT)and 6-min walking distance of the DNS group and the control group were compared,the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the DNS group’s BBS score(40.58±6.19)points,FMA-LE score(22.23±4.58)points,MBI score(56.17±10.79)points,10 MWT(29.05±4.00)s,6 min walking distance(230.47±28.33)m were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of DNS in the rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia can effectively improve the balance function,lower limb motor function and walking ability of hemiplegic patients.
