早期康复护理对全髋关节置换术患者髋关节活动度的影响

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Hip Joint Range of Motion in Patients Undergoing Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的分析早期康复护理对全髋关节置换术患者髋关节活动度的影响。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月在该院接受全髋关节置换术的患者166例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(83例,接受常规护理)和研究组(83例,接受早期康复护理),对比患者不同时段的髋关节功能评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、并发症发生率以及对治疗的满意度。结果手术后1、3、6个月,研究组患者的髋关节功能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后1、3个月,研究组患者的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的并发症发生率(8.43%)低于对照组(31.33%),研究组患者的治疗满意度(97.59%)高于对照组(84.34%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者实施全髋关节置换术后采取早期康复护理,能够有效改善髋关节活动度,缓解疼痛,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的治疗满意度,具有较高的临床护理价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the hip joint range of motion in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Methods 166 patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group(83 cases,receiving routine nursing)and a study group(83 cases,receiving early rehabilitation nursing).The patients’hip function scores,pain visual analog score(VAS)in different periods,and complication rates were compared.Results 1,3,and 6 months after the operation,the hip function scores of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 and 3 months after the operation,the VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group(8.43%)was lower than that of the control group(31.33%),and the treatment satisfaction of the study group(97.59%)was higher than that of the control group(84.34%),the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for patients after total hip arthroplasty can effectively improve hip joint mobility,relieve pain,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve patient satisfaction with treatment.It has high clinical nursing value.
