摘要
通过探究不同基质中伏毛铁棒锤种子的萌发特征,为其规范化育苗提供技术支持。将珍珠岩、蛭石、草炭土、椰糠按不同比例配制5种基质,进行伏毛铁棒锤种子不同基质的萌发试验,对种子萌发情况进行统计分析。基质C(珍珠岩∶蛭石为1∶3)中伏毛铁棒锤种子的发芽率为52%、发芽势为34%、发芽指数为30.74、萌发值为12.29、死亡数为0,基质C是5种基质中的最优组合。与伏毛铁棒锤生境土壤条件相似的基质C更适宜其人工育苗。
By exploring the germination characteristics of Aconitum flavum in different matrices,so as to provide suitable conditions for its standardized seedlings.Pearl,vermiculite,grassholic soil,coconut bricks were formulated by 5 matrices in different proportions,the germination experiments of different matrix of Aconitum flavum seeds were carried out,and the germination situation was analyzed.In matrix C(perlite∶ vermiculite=1∶ 3),the germination rate of the seeds in the middle ribs was 52%,the germination was 34%,the germination index was 30.74,the germination value was 12.29,and the mortality was 0.So matrix C was the optimal combination in five matrices.Matrix C similar to soil is more suitable for artificial breeding of Aconitum flavum.
