兽用麻杏石甘口服液提取工艺研究

为了优化兽用麻杏石甘口服液提取工艺,对原料大小、处理方式进行分析,以盐酸麻黄碱含量为主要考察指标,优选兽用麻杏石甘口服液提取工艺参数。最终优选出麻杏石甘口服液最佳提取工艺:石膏粉碎成块径为不超过1 cm的小块;苦杏仁投料前粉碎成粒径为原药材1/8~1/4的粗粒;除苦杏仁外的三味药材用50℃水浸泡0.5 h,第1次加10倍水煎煮,药液开始沸腾时加入苦杏仁,煎煮4 h,第2次加5倍水煎煮2 h。该工艺规范了兽用麻杏石甘口服液的提取操作过程,有效成分苦杏仁苷、盐酸麻黄碱含量显著提高。

In order to optimize the extraction process of Maxing Shigan oral liquid,the effects of raw material size and treatment method were studied,and the content of ephedrine hydrochloride was used as the main index to optimize the extraction process.The optimal extraction process of Maxing Shigan oral liquid was as follows:gypsum was crushed into small pieces less than 1 cm in diameter;the grain size of bitter almond was 1/8-1/4 before feeding;the three herbs except bitter almond were soaked in 50℃ water for 0.5 h,adding 10 times of the water for the first time,adding bitter almonds and boiling for 4 h when the liquid began to boil,then adding 5 times more water and boiling for 2 h.The optimal extraction process was defined and the contents of active components amygdalin and ephedrine hydrochloride were significantly increased.
