ICU护士体外膜肺氧合知识水平调查及培训需求分析

Investigation and analysis of ICU nurses’ knowledge level of ECMO and the training needs

目的 调查ICU护士体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)知识水平,同时分析其对护理培训的需求,为构建适合临床实践的ECMO护理培训方案提供依据。方法 2020年12月选取河南省两家三甲医院304名ICU护士为调查对象,应用自行设计的“ICU护士ECMO知识及培训需求调查问卷”开展调查。结果 304名ICU护士ECMO知识水平总分为61.29±9.11分,总体水平较低。67.43%护士认为非常需要开展ECMO护理培训,37.17%护士期望开展长期系统化培训。经单因素及多因素线性回归分析发现,ICU工作年限、是否参加过培训是影响ICU护士ECMO知识得分的因素(P<0.05)。结论 ICU护士ECMO护理知识水平较低,多数护士有接受培训的意愿和需求。医院应该根据护士的意愿,制订科学规范的培训方案,以提升ECMO护理质量,促进ECMO专科护理的发展。

Objective To investigate the knowledge level of ICU nurses in extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO), and to analyze their needs for nursing training, in order to provide the basis for constructing establishing ECMO nursing training program suitable for clinical practice. Methods 304 ICU nurses from two Grade Ⅲ hospitals in Henan Province were selected as the subjects in December 2020. The self-designed "ICU nurses’ ECMO knowledge and training needs questionnaire" was used to carry out the survey. Results The total score of ECMO knowledge of 304 ICU nurses was 61.29±9.11 points, the overall level was low. 67.43% of nurses thought that ECMO nursing training was quite necessary and 37.17% expected long-term systematic training. Univariate and multivariate linear regression analysis showed that ICU working years and training were the infl uencing factors of ICU nurses’ ECMO knowledge score(P<0.05). Conclusion ICU nurses had a low level of ECMO nursing knowledge, and most of them have the desire and need to receive training. Hospitals should formulate scientifi c and standardized training programs according to nurses’ wishes, so as to improve the quality of ECMO nursing and promote the development of ECMO specialized nursing.
