Alzheimer disease(AD)is a common progressive degenerative disease of central nervous system, with progressive cognitive decline as the main clinical feature, and is the main cause of dementia.Amnestic mild cognitive impairment(a-MCI)is a subtype of mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Studies have shown that most of a-MCI will progress to AD,and active intervention of a-MCI is the key to delay or reduce the occurrence of AD.Currently, the drugs used for the treatment of amnestic MCI(a-MCI)lack large sample evidence-based medical evidence, and clinical researchers are paying more and more attention to the research of cognitive training in the field of non-drug treatment of a-MCI.The research of cognitive training has broad application prospect in the non-drug intervention of patients with a-MCI.This paper reviews the research progress of cognitive training in the clinical application of patients with a-MCI.
