Injection Molding Parameters Optimization and Test Verification of Car Front Window Frame

摘要 采用NX1851软件对轿车前窗框模型进行分析,设置了15个热流道出胶口,29个制品浇口。在动模及定模上,分别设计了动模水路接口及定模水路接口;在动模及定模间,设置了模具锁;在模具推板外侧设置推板导向装置,减小了合模后间隙。选取熔体温度、注射压力、注射时间、保压压力作为研究对象,进行正交试验,由试验结果可知,当熔体温度为210℃、注射压力为110 MPa、注射时间为4.5 s、保压压力为100%时,Q点体积收缩率达到最低,其值为3.96%。在制品A部倒扣特征处设计了前模抽芯;在动定模结合面处设计了耐磨板,耐磨板高出基准面0.5 mm,便于模仁上的排气槽排气,同时延长了模具寿命。对第3组工艺参数进行试验验证,成型后,制品的整体轮廓没有发生明显的翘曲变形,制品表面无浮纤现象,成型效果较好未产生银纹。 In NX1851 software,the model of the front window frame of the car was analyzed,and 15 hot flow outlets and 29 product gates were set up.In the moving mode and fixed mode,the moving mode waterway interface and fixed mode waterway interface were designed respectively.Between the moving mold and the fixed mold,a mold lock was arranged;Outside the push plate of the mold,the guide device of the push plate was set to reduce the gap after closing the mold.The melt temperature,injection pressure,injection time and pressure holding were selected as the research objects to construct the orthogonal test.It was concluded that the volume shrinkage rate of Q point was the lowest,3.96%,when the melt temperature was 210℃,injection pressure was 110 MPa,injection time was 4.5 s and pressure holding pressure was 100%.The front die core pulling was designed for the inverted feature of part A of the product.The wear-resisting plate was designed on the dynamic and fixed die joint surface.The wear-resisting plate was 0.5 mm higher than the datum surface,which was convenient for the exhaust groove on the die and improves the life of the die.The third group of process parameters were tested and verified.After molding,there was no obvious warping deformation in the overall outline of the product,no floating fiber phenomenon on the surface of the product,and no silver lines.
