工业遗产适应性再利用中的美学表达

The Expression of Artistic Value in the Adaptive Reuse of Industrial Heritage

工业遗产的再利用不仅应注重工业遗产的使用功能,还应根据其特点不断发掘其艺术之美。无论是建筑物、结构构件,还是设备元素,都具有工业美学的属性,可以通过模糊的德尔菲法对工业遗产的价值进行评估。以工业遗产的适应性再利用为基础,将工业与美学相结合,提出工业遗产美学表达的两大途径,即工业建筑的展陈表达和工业景观的美学塑造。通过列举国外成功的案例,从外部空间设计和本体景观化设计两个方面对工业景观的美学塑造进行了阐述。从艺术价值的视角展现了工业遗产适应性再利用的另一重要的表达方式,运用现代的技术手段去展示独特的工业遗产艺术价值,重新进行空间架构,服务市民的生活,在城市发展中发挥更大的作用。

With the continuous acceleration of urbanization, the reuse of industrial heritage has become an important content of urban renewal. In this process, we should not only pay attention to the use of industrial heritage, but also continue to explore its artistic value according to its characteristics, so that architectural heritage extends to the artistic dimension, enriching and improving the value connotation of industrial heritage.This paper analyzes the aesthetic value of industrial heritage, and illustrates that all the buildings, structural components and equipment elements have the attributes of industrial aesthetics. Moreover, it assesses the artistic value of industrial heritage through the fuzzy DEMATEL approach. This paper summarizes the display and expression of industrial heritage, and argues that the artistic transformation of industrial heritage can better convey the environment of industrial production and production processes to the public, and that industrial heritage itself is also a container for artistic display. In addition, this paper expounds the aesthetic shaping of industrial landscape from external space design and ontological landscape design by citing successful examples abroad. It reveals another important expression of the adaptive reuse of industrial heritage from the perspective of artistic value.The previous study of industrial heritage focuses more on its historical value and scientific value, ignoring the artistic value with humanistic characteristics. In fact, the excavation and display of artistic value are of great significance to the activation and utilization of industrial heritage. This paper contributes to the existing literature in three aspects. First of all, it identifies the importance of the artistic value of industrial heritage and discusses its important position in revitalization and utilization. Secondly, it summarizes and refines the expression channels of the artistic value of industrial heritage, and makes an elaboration from the exhibition design and industrial landscape shaping through the introduction of excellent examples. Finally, it reveals that the excavation and display of the artistic value of industrial heritage are of important value and practical significance for today’s social life.This paper presents a new perspective on the adaptive reuse of industrial heritage in the rapid development of industrial civilization—utilizing modern technological means to display the unique artistic value of industrial heritage and re-architecting the spatial structure to serve the lives of citizens, so as to give a better play to its role in urban development.
