闪烁探测器线路板可靠性设计

摘要 线路板是闪烁探测器的关键部件之一,现根据闪烁探测器的工作原理和实际使用特点分别从3个方面对闪烁探测器线路板进行了可靠性设计:一是在线路板输入、输出端加保护电路,避免因闪烁探测器中高压真空器件自激造成线路板损坏;二是使用模块化设计理念,将高压、低压隔离,避免电磁干扰;三是采用化分立为整体的集中走线设计思路,实现各模块之间的电气连接。通过模拟仿真和实验验证,线路板各项技术指标和功能均满足设计要求,并给出了模拟仿真和实验验证波形。线路板实现了模块化、通用化以及标准化,且生产可达性好、便于装配和维修,有效提高了闪烁探测器线路板的可靠性,成功通过了环境适应性和电磁兼容性试验考核。 Circuit board is one of the key components of the scintillation detector.According to the working principle and practical use characteristics of scintillation detector,the reliability design for the circuit board of scintillation detector is carried out from three aspects based on the working principle of the scintillation detector.First,to avoid the damage of circuit board which caused by self-breakdown of high voltage vacuum devices in scintillation detector,protection circuits have been added in the input and output terminals of circuit board.Second,to avoid electromagnetic interference in scintillation detector,the modular design with high voltage and low voltage isolation is introduced.Third,the design of turning the separation into the whole centralized wiring is adopted to realize the electrical connection between the modules.All the technical data and functions of the circuit board meet the design requirements through simulation and experiment.The simulation and experimental waveforms are given.The circuit board realizes modularization,generalization and standardization,and has good maintainability.The reliability of the circuit board is improved,the circuit board pass the environmental adaptation and electromagnetic compatibility test.
