摘要 数字化、智能化时代的到来,为经济社会高质量发展提供强大动力,在为人们生活与工作带来更多便利和优质服务的同时,也向各行各业的工作者提出了更高的要求和更大的挑战。基于当下备受青睐与期待的机器人流程化(Robot Process Oriented,RPA)技术,结合运维管理实践过程中凸显的问题,阐述RPA在运维管理方面的技术优势和设计应用,以期为数字化转型模式下的企业自动化运维思路提供参考。 The advent of the digital and intelligent era has played a strong role in promoting the high-quality development of economy and society.While bringing more convenience and high-quality services to people’s life and work,it also puts forward higher requirements and greater challenges to workers in all walks of life.Based on the popular and expected Robot Process Oriented(RPA)technology,combined with the problems highlighted in the practice of operation and maintenance management,this paper attempts to elaborate the technical advantages and design application of RPA in operation and maintenance management,in order to provide reference for the idea of enterprise automatic operation and maintenance under the mode of digital transformation.
