后资源型城市产业转型研究--以徐州市为例

在经济新常态下,我国的经济增长速度由原先的高速增长,正逐渐转变为中高速增长。作为一个典型的资源型城市,徐州已经处于转型后期,即后资源时期,曾经支持城市发展的矿产资源开采殆尽,核心资源的短缺使徐州的城市发展陷入窘境。改变资源枯竭阻碍经济发展状况的根本方式就是逐步脱离对稀缺煤炭资源的过度依赖,产业转型升级势在必行。文章通过梳理徐州城市转型发展的历史与转型的优势劣势,分析其成因、带来的影响以及未来需要巩固和改进之处。此外,将对徐州市“十四五”规划所提及的重点产业的增长及发展潜力进行比较,对徐州应选择的重点转型产业进行判断说明。

As the economy enters the“new normal”,the economic growth is gradually transforming into medium-to-high growth which is different from original high speed growth in China.After decades of development,Xuzhou has gone into the later period of transfor-mation which is post-resource era.Due to the exhaustion of mineral resources,the development of Xuzhou falls into embarrassing situation.Therefore,the direct way to change this trouble is to get rid of the over dependence on scarce mineral resources,which indicates the indus-trial upgrading is imperative.This essay will has a general review about the history of Xuzhou's transformation including advantages and dis-advantages,analyzing reasons and impacts and future improvement.This essay will also make comparison about major industry increase and potential,making an explanation for the major transforming industries that Xuzhou should choose.
