摘要
文章以社区团购平台生鲜产品消费者为研究对象,构建消费者满意度评价体系,通过问卷的形式搜集数据,从商品质量、售后服务、产品价格、网站质量、物流配送五个方面进行了消费者满意度测量,并根据研究结论提出相应改善措施,能更好地帮助社区团购平台发现和改进运营过程中的不足,提高消费者满意度,促进平台长远稳定发展。
In this paper,consumers of fresh products of the community group buying platform are taken as the research object,a con-sumer satisfaction evaluation system is established,data are collected through questionnaires,and consumer satisfaction is measured from five aspects:product quality,after-sales service,product price,website quality and logistics distribution.We put forward corresponding im-provement measures according to the research conclusions.This can better help the community group buying platform to find and improve the shortcomings in the operation process,improve consumer satisfaction and promote the long-term stable development of the platform.
