大数据背景下公民个人信息的保护研究

Research on the protection of citizen's personal information under the background of big data

随着信息网络技术的不断发展与进步,公民个人信息也在不断地被挖掘和收集,公民的个人信息保护问题面临着非常严峻的考验。与传统信息不同的是,大数据背景下的信息多以电子化的形式存在,对此类信息如何加强保护亟待解决。因此,文章就大数据背景下的信息概念进行简要分析,并对当前公民个人信息保护存在的问题以及完善措施做初步阐述,以期减少侵犯公民个人信息的现象发生。

With the continuous development and progress of information network technology,citizens' personal information is also con-stantly being mined and collected,the protection of citizens' personal information is facing a very severe test.Different from traditional infor-mation,information under the background of big data mostly exists in the form of electronic,so how to strengthen the protection of such in-formation needs to be solved urgently.Therefore,the concept of information in the context of big data is briefly analyzed,and the problems existing in the protection of citizens' personal information and the improvement measures are preliminarily elaborated,in order to reduce the phenomenon of infringing citizens' personal information.
